Successful project activitiesBSCW supports simple project management through time planning and progress monitoring. The project timeframe is determined by the start and completion dates. Projects can be divided into phases and individual tasks. The schedules for the individual phases of a project can overlap. The progress of a project is viewed in a bottom-up folder structure, from the lower task level to the top project level.
Projects, phases and tasks can contain additional information such as documents and discussion forums, which can be worked on by a group. That allows you to plan and collaborate with your colleagues in the context of the project.
In addition, you can monitor all deadline activities such as meetings, tasks or projects in a graphical, chronological overview.
