BSCW Virtual Enterprise Hosting is designed for enterprises, organisations and project teams that place a high value on having a customised collaboration platform. This hosting option includes a dedicated virtual BSCW server that can be adapted to support the customer's own domain, corporate design, homepage and functionality among other things.
If you choose the BSCW Virtual Enterprise Hosting solution, you have access to your own dedicated BSCW server, which is operated by OrbiTeam under the domain name of your choice (e.g. mycompany.bscw.de).

Range of services
The following services are included in the price for BSCW Virtual Enterprise Hosting:
- Provision of a dedicated BSCW server with domain name of your choice

Terms and conditions
OrbiTeam charges a monthly usage fee depending on the number of users in a group. The size of a user group can vary, beginning with up to ten. The following scale illustrates the costs for various group sizes:
- Up to 10 users: €79 per month
- Up to 20 users: €129 per month
- Up to 50 users: €279 per month
Pricing for different group sizes is available upon request.
In addition a one-time set-up fee of €199 is assessed.
All prices are quoted exclusive of value added tax (VAT).
Storage capacity
The monthly fee includes 1 GB storage space per user!
Terms and conditions
The minimum contract duration is six months.
Billing normally occurs on a monthly basis. Discounts are applied to invoices paid six months or one year in advance.
Pricing example
For a one year project, a BSCW server is set up for 20 users in order to exchange documents and coordinate the project in different shared workspaces.
